Prices and Availability
Prices are until 31st October 2013. We now have a minimum 3 day let until one calendar month before date of arrival, unless your booking adjoins an existing booking. We may also refuse to book weekends in the middle of a 2 week block. This is to ensure that people who wish to book longer stays have the opportunity to do so.

Cost includes cleaning and laundry at changeover, although if you wish to use the sofa bed there is an additional charge for laundry of £20 per week or per part of a week. Payments may be made by cheque or BACS transfer, and we accept transfers in either UK Pounds or Euro. We can now accept credit/debit card transactions, or Paypal. There is a surcharge for credit cards of an additional 3%, or 3.9% for Paypal. No charge for Debit cards. Cards accepted include Visa Credit and Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, and Solo.
Please note that the apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Bookings may begin and end on any date except 25th and 26th December.
